My office phone does not have a dial tone and it does not ring when called
Environment
Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (
VOIP)
Cause
Resolution
Power Cycle the phone:
Disconnect the ethernet cord that plugs into the wall
Reconnect the ethernet cord
Test and verify issue resolved
