Changing the Results' View in Perceptive Content

Issue/Question

ImageNow - USD GR Adm & Intl - All Docs drawer 
Is it possible for when you open this drawer for it not to search and instead come up blank similar to what USD GR Adm (All) & Bus Schl (Prog of Stu) does?  The search upon opening causes a delay each

Results view in Perceptive Content needs to be changed

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Provide the view name (under documents) to be modified and any other clarifying details
