  1. University Housing has an on-call structure that ensures there is a staff member available to handle crisis situations 24/7. These staff members are responsible for being available via phone and doing a minimum of 2 daily security and wellness rounds throughout the residence halls. The phone number to contact these staff members is different for each residence hall, and also changes during the summer break period.
  2. During the academic year, the on-call numbers are as follows:
    • Richardson/Olson RA on duty: (605) 202-0779
    • Beede/Mickelson RA on duty: (605) 202-0732
    • Burgess/Norton RA on duty: (605) 202-0790
    • Coyote Village/McFadden RA on duty: (605) 202-0883
  3. During academic year break periods, the phone numbers for each building remain the same. 
  4. During the summer break period, the on-call numbers are as follows:
    • University Housing: (605) 202-0732
    • Camps and Conferences: (605) 202-0779
