Apple TV Not Displaying Connection Code

Issue/Question

The Apple TV box does not display the code to connect

When trying to use the Apple TV in a classroom the connection code will not display

Environment

  • Apple TV
  • Smart Classroom

Cause

Could be an issue with the Apple TV or the device that is trying to connect to it

Resolution

  1. Please contact the helpdesk with the following information
    1. The building and room number
