Requesting Departmental Payment Accounts (Index Names) In MBM

Issue/Question

I would like to request new accounts in Mission Based Management (MBM)

I need new departmental payment accounts created for the Mission Based Management (MBM) application

I need a new Index Name added in Mission Based Management (MBM)

Environment

  • MBM

Cause

Users have no way to manage departmental payment accounts within the MBM application, they have to be managed within the database directly

Resolution

  1. Please contact the Service Desk, with the following information
    1. Account Title (Index Name)
    2. Account Number (Index Number)
    3. Department
