Check Board Balance

1. Tap Check Balance
2. Customer taps card
3.  View Meal Plan Balances
   • USD Total Board Balance is the total reaming swipes for the week or semester depending on the meal plan the student has
   • USD Auto Board Balance is the total swipes available for this meal period
   • Note: If both USD Total Board Balance & USD Auto Board Balance are 0 the student has used their last swipe for the week or semester depending on the meal plan the student has
4. Steps for Students to View Meal Plan swipes or Coyote Card Balances

POS Messages Defined

1. Approved: Swipe has been approved for this meal Period
2. Denied Period Used: Swipe has been used for this meal Period or all meals swipes have been used for the week/semester (Check Card Balance)
3. Denied Privilege Unassigned: Meal plan have not been added for this user
