Picking up my student Game Day Ticket

Claiming my Home Game Day ticket in Paciolan

Environment

Cause

Tickets are now available online and no longer need to be picked up physically

Resolution

1. Go to Sign In | University of South Dakota (evenue.net)
   Note: this service is just for USD students, USD employees can use the President's Offer
2. Click Pick Up Game Day Tickets
3. Sign in using your USD credentials
4. Select the game you would like to attend
5. Increase the quantity to 1 
6. Click Add to Cart
7. Select Checkout
8. Review your ticket details and then select Place Your Order
9. After placing your order, you will receive two emails:
   1. One email confirming your order
   2. Second email providing a link to download your ticket
      Note: You may also receive a text message with a download link if you opt in to the Text My Tickets option
10. Download your ticket
11. Follow the instructions to add your mobile ticket to Apple Wallet for iPhone or Google Wallet for Android
    Note: If you do not have a smartphone, you can contact the Ticket Office at tickets@usd.edu or 605-677-5959 for assistance accessing your free student ticket.
12. When you arrive at the game, have your mobile ticket ready to scan at the entrance
