How do I reorder content on my Reach digital sign?

How do I remove content from my Reach digital sign?

Resolution

Adding Content

  1. Navigate to Reach Content Manager
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Click Playlists on the left-hand side
  4. Double-click the name of your Playlist under Playlist Management
  5. Click Add Content
  6. Click Add Assets
  7. Select Upload Files
  8. Drag file(s) from file system into the box or click Browse for Files
  9. When progress bar has finished click OK
  10. Wait for the items you just uploaded to show up in the open window
  11. Click the check-box next to each item you just added
    Note: If your items need different expiration dates, only check one box at a time.
  12. Click OK
  13. If an End Date is needed uncheck No End Date and enter an End Date and time into the boxes
  14. Change Content Duration to the amount of time you want the item displayed on the sign before moving on to the next item
  15. Click Publish to Playlist(s)
  16. Repeat steps 5-15 for each content item that needs added
  17. Click Players on the left-hand menu
  18. Click  next to the name of your location to send the deployment to the sign
    Note: It will say Refresh Content when you hover over the 

Reordering Content

  1. Navigate to Reach Content Manager
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Click Playlists on the left-hand side
  4. Double-click the name of your Playlist under Management
  5. Click Change Order
  6. Drag the Content Items into the desired order
  7. Click Save Order
  8. Click  next to the name of your location to send the deployment to the sign
    Note: It will say Refresh Content when you hover over the 

Deleting Content

  1. Navigate to Reach Content Manager
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Click Playlists on the left-hand side
  4. Double-click the name of your Playlist under Playlist Management
  5. Click next to the items that need deleted
  6. Click  
  7. Click Players on the left-hand menu
  8. Click  next to the name of your location to send the deployment to the sign
