How do I install Curve Capture

Sensors not available when trying to capture image in Curve Hero

Environment

Cause

New system setup

Resolution

  1. Go to Curve Hero
  2. Sign in with correct credentials
  3. Click  at top right
  4. Click Administration
  5. Click Imaging & Curve Capture
  6. Click Curve Capture Installation
  7. Install items under step 1
  8. Click to download Curve Capture in step 2
  9. Open installer
    1. Will install without prompts
