How To Print To Toshiba Copier in Tax Clinic

Issue/Question

We work with clients in a legal clinic and need to print client related documents in a secure manner. We use personal laptops for the legal clinic not University owned computers.

Environment

  • Toshiba Copier
  • USB Flash Drive

Cause

Personal computers are not permitted to be connected to network printers.

Resolution

  1. Save document to flash drive
  2. Plug flash drive into left side of copier screen
  3. Press Print
  4. Press next to Private
  5. Press USB
  6. Press File Name you want to print
  7. Press Print lower right corner
