Preview and Print a Word Document

Question

How do I print and preview a document in Word?

Answer

The Print Preview feature lets you see what the printed document will look like before you print a document with errors in layout or presentation. If the preview looks good, you're ready to print the document.
The Print Preview command might not automatically be on your Quick Access bar. If you wish to add it to your Quick Access bar, click the down arrow to the right of the Quick Access bar. Click More Commands. Add Print Preview Edit and Print. When Print Preview and Print is added to your Quick Access bar, you can click that button to view the Print Preview of the document.
