Environment

Cause

Unknown cause

Resolution

  1. Turn off the monitor
  2. Disconnect and reconnect the power and video cords form the monitor and computer
  3. Restart the monitor
  4. Reboot the computer
  5. Replace the video cord from the monitor to the computer
  6. If the monitor is still not working correctly, please contact the Service Desk
