Please set me up with a PsychData account.

Cause

Resolution

1. You must submit the Survey Request Form to request your PsychData account.

PsychData Policies & Procedures

1. PsychData accounts are available only to USD employees
2. Students are required to obtain a faculty sponsor,  The sponsor must request the account
3. PsychData is to be used for university purposes
4. Self-pace training for PsychData is available through the Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL)
5. The annual cost for your department will vary on the number of accounts you need for PyschData 
   • All PsychData accounts will be reviewed annually for billing
   • Any accounts not renewed will be closed
6. PsychData accounts will be closed for anyone no longer employed or affiliated with USD
7. At the completion of a survey, you are responsible for archiving any data you want saved, ITS will not have access to retrieve it for you
