Viewing Responses To a Google Form

Question

How do I view the responses of a Google Form?

Answer

To view responses, click the Responses tab next to the Questions tab. This will show the number of responses, responses given, and allow you to open or close the form. There are three different ways to view the responses to the form. The first is a Summary like shown below, you can view each question and how students responded, or by each individual person's response.

On this page you can also click the three dots on the top right. This allows you to get email notifications when new responses are submitted, download responses (.csv), print all responses, and delete responses. In the top right hand corner there is also the option to download the responses into a Google spreadsheet. That will look like a green box with white detail to the left of the three dots. There is also an option to copy the chart created by clicking the layered squares in the right hand corner next to the chart.
