How do I add an image in Google Forms?
Answer
Google Forms allows you to add images to questions. You can do this by clicking the image icon, which is located on the right hand side of the screen, then click the photo you would like in the form and click Select. You have the option to upload a picture from your computer, take a picture with the camera on your device, and a picture by a URL, choose a picture from your Google photos, choose a picture from your Google Drive, or you can search for a picture through Google Image Search.
