Headings and Grackle Docs

Question

How do I use headings in Grackle Docs?

Answer

Headings should be used.   To set headings in your document, use the Styles feature on the toolbar ribbon. Click the down down arrow next to Normal text to access heading styles.

Grackle Docs recommends that a single Heading 1 (H1) tag be used in the document, but multiple H1 tags can be used regardless of the warning.

Headings should be properly nested. It is recommended that headings are properly nested.  H1, H2, H3, paragraph text, etc., in that order.  However, it is acceptable to use an H1, H2, H3 repeated sequence throughout the document in order to have a consistent Table of Contents if that feature is being used.
