Sign into Office

Issue/Question

office is installed on my computer how do I sign in

Microsoft Office keeps asking me to pay for an updated subscription

Environment

  • Office 365
  • Work
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • PC

Resolution

  1. Open one of the Office Apps installed
    • Word, Excel, PowerPoint or other office app
  2. Click File
  3. Click Account
  4. If you are signed in, verify it is with your USD Email address
    Note: You may need to click Sign out and then sign back in
  5. If you're not already signed in, click Sign In
  6. Enter your full email address and password
