Windows Snip & Sketch does not work

Environment

• Windows

Cause

Snip & Sketch needs to be reinstalled

Resolution

1. Press 
2. Select Settings
3. Click Apps
4. Select Apps & Features
5. Type Snip & Sketch in search this list box
6. Select Advanced Options
7. Scroll down and Click Reset
8. The reset process is complete when a check mark appears next to Reset
9. Open Snip & Sketch

If the issue persists:

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. NI tag of computer with the issue
   2. Building and room number
   3. Full error message received
