The [student id number] is not authorized to view record error is a known software defect according to the software vendor, and should be solved soon
This error can also be caused by attempting to access Registration functionality before the admissions application status move to Student Accepted status is updated in the directory - please allow 24 hours for access to the registration functionality after application acceptance
The Sorry, the server received an internal error message is usually related to a specific setup issue resolvable on campus
