Receiving Blank Box in Adobe Acrobat

Issue/Question

The Save As box in Adobe Acrobat is blank.

I can't save my .pdf files because the save box is blank.

There is a blank white box covering my PDF file.

Environment

  • Adobe Acrobat

Cause

Acrobat is using cloud storage and cannot contact the cloud.

Resolution

  1. Open Acrobat
  2. Click Edit
  3. Click Preferences
  4. Click General
  5. Uncheck Show online storage when saving files
    Note: Uncheck Show online storage when opening files if blank box appears when opening files
  6. Click OK
