Issue/Question

I need to request a hold on a mailbox pending litigation

Environment

  • Microsoft 365 Compliance

Cause

Employees or students may file complaints which require a hold to be placed on materials such as email, OneDrive, or Teams. University Counsel may then request a hold from the IT Security Officer

Resolution
