How can I check my Coyote Card transactions

Environment

• Account Transactions
• Coyote Card
• Account Statement

Cause

Account Statements and Account transactions are available through Coyote Card Online

Resolution

Account Transactions

1. Log into Coyote Card Online
2. In the red bar click Account Transactions
3. Select Account
   • All
   • Flex
   • Carry Over Flex
   • Add-On Flex
   • Add-On Carry Over Flex
   • Bonus Flex
   • Coyote Cash
   • USD Pharos Debit
4. Select Transaction Type
   • Credit 
   • Debit
5. Set Transaction Period
6. Click Search

Account Statements

1. Log into Coyote Card Online
2. In the red bar click Account Statements
3. Click Select an Account
4. Below Account Statements 
   • ​​​​​​​Find the month you would like to view
     • Click the link below Description to view online 
     • Click the link below Download PDF to download the file
