I need to have reports sent to me showing copier usage

Environment

  • Sharp Copier
  • PaperCut Printing

Cause

Monthly individual usage reports are not sent

Resolution

  1.  Ad hoc query reports can be generated as needed, if there is a business need, but will not be provided monthly
  2. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Which Shared Account Name you need to see the charges for
    2. Start and end date of report data
    3. Business need for the report
