1. Email Michelle.Fostvedt@usd.edu  with the following information 
   • Name of Event
   • Reason for the added funds
   • Event Date
   • Amounts added
   • Index number the charges are paid from
2. Once Approved forward the email to coyotecard@usd.edu with: 
   • Approval 
   • Individuals' names
   • Amounts added to each individual
