Requesting Automic Scheduler process setup assistance (Banner processes)

Issue/Question

I would like to set up a Banner Admin process to run on a schedule

Environment

• Banner
• Automic scheduler software

Cause

RIS handles the Automic setup and scheduling - they require the correct form to be filled out for this activity

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. The Banner process you'd like to discuss automating
   2. Best contact number to discuss the process
   3. When you would like to have the process in place by (minimum of one week lead time suggested)
