Getting Error When Using Transact

I am getting an error message in Transact

Error: An error has occurred verifying System Customer Information. Returning to the main menu.

Environment

  • Transact

Resolution

  1.  Close all transact screens
  2. Re-open transact and try logging in again
  3. Test the same steps again
  4. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Error message received
    2. NI tag number on computer used to access Transact
    3. Provide steps you were trying to complete when error was received
