Printing to ImageNow Printer Prompts to Save

Issue/Question

Printing to the ImageNow printer prompts me to save a file instead of saving to ImageNow

Environment

  • Windows

Cause

Printing to the ImageNow printer only prompts to save a file

Resolution

  1. If you are using Remote Desktop, ensure you are using the ImageNow printer that does not have (redirected) after the name
  2.  Please contact the Service Desk
