TVs and Projectors not Displaying from Room PC in Multi-Display Classroom

Issue/Question

The projectors and student displays are flashing between no signal and the classroom PC

The projectors and student displays don't display any image from a specific source

Environment

• Active Learning Classroom
• Multi-Display Classroom

Cause

The Crestron Digital Media (DM) transmitter overheated.

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Building and Room Number
   2. Description of the issue occurring
