  2. Include details of the issue and copy the error message
  3. Screenshot the error message
  4. If Titanium support has released an update or suggests steps for ITS to follow
    1. Please contact the Service Desk with the information from Titanium

ITS STAFF ONLY

  1. Follow Sign user out of Titanium Virtual Machine (VM) for out of memory errors
  2. For update requests follow Upgrading Titanium in the Windows Virtual Desktop Environment
    Note: updates must be approved all departments using Titanium before anything can be completed
