Titanium Error Type: Indeterminate Error Type

Issue/Question

User recieves the following error message: 

Error Type: Indeterminate Error Type

Description: An unexpected error occurred.

The application has become indeterminate and it is suggested that you restart as soon as possible. However, it may be possible to continue using the application without any problems.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Environment

  • Azure Windows Virtual Desktop
  • Titanium Scheduler

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. The username/email address of the person experiencing the issue
    2. A copy of the error message
    3. Error message screenshot (if possible)
