Error: Your message is too large to send. To send it, make the message smaller, for example, by removing attachments.

Environment

  • Microsoft Outlook

Cause

The attachment size limit is 36MB

Resolution

  1. Reduce the size of the attachments
  2. Split attachments into multiple emails
  3. Share link to file from OneDrive
