Requesting Access to Google Classroom

Issue/Question

How do I or others gain access to Google Classroom?

Environment

  • G-Suite
  • Google Classroom
  • Google Groups

Cause

User(s) cannot access Google Classroom

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Notify the Service Desk that users need access to Google Classroom
    2. If this is a student being added be sure you type out their entire email address or Google will not locate them
    3. If this is "Teacher access", include a list of user email addresses that need access
      Note: this request only needs to happen done once
