Requesting Copier Paper

Issue/Question

We have run out of paper for the Toshiba copier. Can I pick up another box from somewhere?

Environment

  • Toshiba Multifunction Copier
  • Case of standard white printer papers

Cause

Paper supply is part of the contract for the Multifunction Copiers. Each department is responsible for adding the paper to copiers as needed.

Resolution

  1. Order in the Design and Print Studio
  2. Sign in with your USD credentials
  3. Click Supplies tab
  4. Click Order under the item needed
  5. Select Location
  6. Select Quantity
  7. Click Order and follow instructions
