Scheduling an Appointment with Academic Advisor

Issue/Question

How can I schedule an appointment with an advisor?

Environment

• Coyote Connections

Resolution

1. Log into Coyote Connections
2. Click Get Assistance
3. Click Advising
4. Click Academic & Career Planning Center
5. Select your reason for the appointment
6. Select Location
   • Virtual for Zoom Sessions
   • Phone for phone call
7. Select your Advisor's name
8. Browse available times to choose date/time
9. Include your phone number in comments
10. Review and Confirm

Cancelling an appointment:

If you need to cancel an appointment,

1. Click Appointments, and select the appointment you would like to cancel
2. Click Cancel Appointment
3. Select the reason for the cancellation from the drop-down menu, enter optional comments, then click Cancel Appointment
