Maxient Interface is not pulling Data

Maxient is not pulling housing addresses for on-campus residents  

Maxient interface didn't run

Cause

Interface isn't pulling data correctly

Interface didn't run successfully

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. What error you are experiencing
   2. What field, if any, in Maxient is not loading correctly
   3. Where the data can be found in Banner
