Installing an Application from the Microsoft Store

Issue/Question

I can't download a Windows App. It's called VitalSource Bookshelf.

Environment

  • Microsoft Store

Cause

You must sign into the Microsoft Store to download the application

Resolution

  1. Open Microsoft Store
    1. Click 
    2. Type Microsoft Store
    3. Click Microsoft Store
  2. Click the profile image at the top-right
  3. Sign in with your USD credentials
  4. Install application
