Issue/Question
Athletes were coded for the upcoming Fall and following Spring in Banner, but the sport codes do not appear in Coyote Connections (summer)
Environment
- Coyote Connections
- Banner
Cause
Athlete codes for sports will appear in the term they are coded for sports in Banner
If the current term is Summer, and the athlete is coded for the coming Fall and following Spring, the athlete codes will not display in Coyote Connections until Fall term starts
Resolution
- The athlete code must be applied for every term it is desired they display in Coyote Connections; if it is desired they display as athletes in summer, prior to the fall term, they must be coded as an athlete for summer
