  2. Enter information
    1. List Name: Leave as NET-NOTICE-LIST USD Net Notice
    2. Name
    3. Email address
  3. Click Subscribe
  4. A confirmation request is sent to your email address
  5. Confirm subscription to receive emails about technology at USD
