Cause

Enrollment verification provides information regarding full- or part-time registration status, dates of attendance.

Degree verification provides information on degrees awarded and program of study.

Resolution

Note: Enrollment verification is live for the current term.  We do not complete enrollment verifications for future terms until the first day of that term. If a student needs verification of enrollment for a future registered term, they will need to contact the Registrar’s Office

The University of South Dakota has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide both enrollment and degree verification to qualified requestors.

Enrollment verification provides information regarding a student's full-time or part-time registration status, dates of attendance, degrees sought or awarded and program of study.

  1. Go to MyHub
  2. If you have not done so already create an account
    Note: if you are a student or alumni who elected to keep their Coyotes email, you can sign in with your USD credential
  3. Login in or create an account
  4. Sign up options:
    • USD email which will use USD single sign on
      • Type University of South Dakota
      • Click continue and follow the instructions
    • Google Verification
      • Click icon
      • Follow instructions
    • LinkedIn Verification
      • Click icon
      • Follow instructions
  5. Set up multi-factor authentication (Google Authenticator, SMS Authentication or Email Authentication)
  6. Green check mark will appear once set up
  7. Click finish
  8. Your Dashboard will appear
  9. Click the tiles or symbols to see your information
  10. Enrollment Verification
    1. For Enrollment Verification click Self Service
    2. If all semesters are required, select All Enrollment Certificates
    3. If current semester required, select Current Enrollment Certificate
    4. Click Download
    5. If only a particular semester enrollment certificate is needed, click Enrollment History on the dashboard (or file symbol)
      1. Select the semester
      2. Click arrow
      3. Click Download Certificate
  11. Degree Information and Transcript Ordering Information
    1. Click Degrees Earned
    2. Select University of South Dakota (other institutions may also be listed)
    3. Your Degree Information will be shown
    4. You will also find a link to order Transcripts via Parchment
