Printer That is Showing as Currently Offline

Issue/Question

Printer that is showing as currently offline

The printer at my desk does not print

Environment

  • Laptop on docking station
  • USB printer

Cause

Another USB connected device drawing too much power

Resolution

  1. Disconnect other USB device
  2. Unplug the dock
  3. Plug the dock in
  4. Unplug the printer cable
  5. Plug the printer cable back in
