Acrobat Pro Crashing

Issue/Question

Acrobat Pro is crashing a few seconds after it opens

Environment

  • Windows OS
  • Acrobat Pro

Resolution

  1. Run Updates in Acrobat
    1. Open Acrobat
    2. Click Help
    3. Click Check for Updates
    4. Install any update that is found
  2. If that does not work, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Name
    2. Location
    3. NI tag of computer
    4. Phone number
