How do I make copies on a Multifunction Copier

Resolution

  1. Scan Coyote Card through the card reader
    Note: If you don't have your card you can manually enter your USD username and password
  2. Your Coyote cash balance or will be displayed
    Note: You must have coyote cash balance or department cost center assigned to continue
  3. Your print queue will show up saying if you have any jobs
    Note: Make sure you see your print queue screen before you hit home or you will receive the error: USER Quota exceeded. Contact the Administrator
  4. Press the Home button
  5. Select Copy
  6. Load the original document into the multifunction copier by:
    • Inserting the paper into the tray located on the top face up
    • If the original document cannot be loaded into the loading tray, place the document face down on the scanner glass
  7. Select that the document should be copied in black and white
  8. Select Enter
