How do I make copies on a Multifunction Copier 

Environment

• Copies

Resolution

1. Scan Coyote Card through the card reader
   Note: If you don't have your card you can manually enter your USD username and password
2. Your Coyote cash balance or will be displayed
   Note: You must have coyote cash balance or department cost center assigned to continue
3. Press the Home button
4. Select Copy
5. Load the original document into the multifunction copier by:
   • Inserting the paper into the tray located on the top face up
   • If the original document cannot be loaded into the loading tray, place the document face down on the scanner glass
6. Select that the document should be copied in black and white
7. Select Enter
