Can a student install a software using grant money and install on personal computer

Can I install the software on my personal computer if it’s purchased w/ USD grant money

Cause

Student has no USD laptop and need to check if the software can be installed on a personal computer for use during the grant

    1. Name
    2. Grant Money would be coming from
