Resolution

1. Computers are set up with Onedrive 
   Note: USD OneDrive folder name is OneDrive - The University of South Dakota
2. Once OneDrive is set up, any documents that are saved to that folder will be synced with your OneDrive account
3. USD provided OneDrive accounts have 1TB of storage space
4. Documents saved to the USD OneDrive folder are available both online and offline
5. To access your Onedrive from a different computer or location
   1. Browse to the Office Portal 
   2. Sign in with your USD email address and password
   3. Click
