Windows Staying at Installing Updates

Issue/Question

Computer is stuck on Installing Updates

 It took a couple of hours to update everything, today the large white cursor is in the upper left hand corner.

Environment

• Windows OS

Cause

Resolution

1. Wait at least an hour for the update to finish
2. Power off the computer
3. Power on the computer
