How do I go about purchasing this app for our department from the app store?

Environment

  • USD purchasing
  • Apple App Store

Cause

Apps for use on USD provided iPads should be purchased and distributed to the requesting using the Apple Volume Purchase program.

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. What app you want to purchase
    2. What device it will be installed on
    3. Index number to bill if there is a cost for the app
