Receiving a Non-System Disk Error Message

Issue/Question

I cannot turn on my computer

I am receiving a hard drive error

Error: No Disk

Error: Non-System disk or disk error
replace and strike any key when ready

Cause

Possible hard drive failure

Resolution

  1. Please restart the system
  2. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. The Asset tag of the computer
    2. The location of the computer
    3. Times that you are available
