Unable to Print from USD Owned Laptop in Computer Lab

Issue/Question

Laptops in computer lab will not print. The printer says that it is offline.

Environment

  • Computer Lab
  • University Owned laptops

Cause

Wrong wireless network has been selected

Resolution

  1. Select the Wi-Fi network on the right side of the taskbar
  2. Make sure that Labs is selected as the wireless network for the laptop
  3. If there is still an issue with printing, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Building
    2. Room Number
    3. Computer Name
