Not able to access USD.EDU

Issue/Question

I am not able to access USD.EDU on Edge or Internet Explorer (IE)

Environment

  • Windows 10
  • IE
  • Edge

Cause

IE is using Accelerated graphics

Resolution

Change Accelerated Graphics

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Click Advanced
  4. Uncheck Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering*
  5. Click OK
