How do I sync Coyote Connections calendar with Outlook

Resolution

Note: For those who wish to set up calendar availabilities for meetings with advisees during the advising period and/or for other purposes, there are a series of three instructions that need to be followed in order. 

1. Calendar Sync with Outlook Exchange  (This Document)
2. Setting Up Calendar Availability
3. Launching an Advising Campaign

Calendar Sync with Outlook Exchange

1. Log into myUSD portal 
2. Below Quick Links click Coyote Connections
3. Click 
4. From the My Calendar page click  Settings and Sync button
5. Click Setup Exchange Calendar Integration
6. Click Setup Sync
7. Click Microsoft Outlook
8. Click Microsoft Office 365
   Note: Events synced are limited to 3 months in the past and 12 months in the future
9. Click your USD email account
10. Your Coyote Connections calendar will be synced with your Outlook calendar
